Policies:   

      Reservations must be held with a deposit of $50 by using a Master Card, Visa, or

American Express /Discover credit card.

      Check in time 3-6 p.m. and check out time 11 a.m. (Or by special arrangement, please call if arriving after 6 p.m.)

      One night’s stay will be charged for NO SHOWS.

      Cancellations: 7 day notice required to receive refunded deposit minus a $20 service fee

      No minimum stay required.

      Maximum occupancy is two persons per room.

      No refund for early departures

      We cannot accommodate  guest pets

      Limitations on children staying: well-behaved children aged 14 and over are welcome

      No child care is provided

      Swim at your own risk: No life guard on duty

      Consumption of alcohol permitted (bring your own)

      Smoking allowed outside only – a $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any guest who smokes anywhere indoors.

      Lunch and dinner are available by special request and charges will vary depending on meal.
